WE ARE ABOUT GREAT FOOD...
From humble beginnings, Gaby & Emma Gabaldon started serving their delicious recipes, with a tiny kitchen in the back of this original home in 1951. Emma’s unique and flavorful dishes wowed and amazed guests from all over. Casa Mañana soon became the destination restaurant of the Gila Valley. As time progressed Casa Mañana continued to grow in popularity. The Gabaldon’s moved their home next door to allow Casa Mañana to grow. Converting the house into an open dining room and adding a bigger kitchen.
Alot of great memories here with my mother.
Red Chile chimichanga enchilada style is the way to go.
Service was great. The food actually tastes like Mexican food. Love the rice! Tamales weren't too bad either. I mean, I'm not trying to discredit them, but they will never make a tamale that tastes just like my Aunt's. Sadly she can't make them anymore. The atmosphere is inviting and creative as well as the staff.
Best service I've ever had at any restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the waitresses were so fast and kind. Will definitely be visiting again!
Abbey was our waitress, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She's our favorite. Our food came to us hot and freshly plated and was yummy! The value of the food for the price we paid is always excellent at Casa. We love Casa!
