Update: I wanted to show the pictures of the amazing food I got today. It’s not just today, it’s every time I order.
I don’t think I’ve gotten a correct order in the past 3 months. Tonight was the last straw when I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it showed up…WITHOUT THE BUFFALO SAUCE! If I’m going to pay for overpriced pizza I at least want the correct overpriced pizza
I was overcharged. I ordered online. Accepted the taxes, tip and delivery fee. Was given the total price. I paid it. Later I happened to notice that I was charged $10 more for the transaction than what my bill should have been. If this place wants to set they're own prices or fees or surcharges or whatever the heck is going on. I just won't purchase from the franchise anymore. When I agree to a purchase price don't go behind my back and charge me whatever you like. You lost customers. Not like you all care right?!
I order get there there out of large boxes so they cut the pizza in half, put each section in a small box. They haven't trained the guy on how to fold the boxes. He struggles for a while until someone helps him then brings up the pizza I told I already paid he said the receipt shows I haven't paid yet. They get the manager she confirms I paid. So I ask for a refund and only get back what I paid for the pizza and not the tip I should not have left
Never thought I'd say I like gluten free pizza but man that was probably the best pizza I've ever had
