The employees all ran around as if they were so busy they couldn't think. Everything seemed to be a big deal. Not to mention, they all talked very loudly about complaining about their jobs & the customers. We could all hear the conversations. One waitress in her very loud voice said she was ready to walk off the job. The pizza was very good. Everything else felt like the customers were an inconvenience. Ya might train your employees to have some tact while working.
I have ordered Pizza Hut for our business 3-4 times now. We have two different locations to deliver and span out the deliveries 30 min-1 hour apart in order to avoid confusion. Every delivery has been a difficult process; we either receive every pizza at the wrong location, pizzas are missing, or the orders are swapped around. Today, after scrambling 30+ minutes to figure out where our pizzas were located, we opened some of the boxes to find a folded mess inside. Upon further inspection, the crust and some toppings were incorrect as well. I don't know if our delivery driver was in a rush or doing donuts in the parking lot with our order, but it's unacceptable. We will cease business with Pizza Hut and look elsewhere for lunch options.
How can you be out of pizza the night before thanksgiving. Oh wait your almost always out product. Please get some one that knows how to manage a restaurant to help restore this place to it former glory
management is rude hateful disrespectful to staff. unprofessional mangers shady and scumbag tactics towards other employees and from what here 4 corporate visits in under a month all all this witnessed in less the 5minutes walking through the door terribly miserable environment to eat and witness needless to say took my business else where
Usually I have a great pizza. 8 out 10 times. But this time my favorite pizza was over cooked.
