I was not at all pleased with my order. I went about 1:30 pm Friday Jan.7. My son ordered a steak quesarito and I ordered a spicy ground beef crunch wrap with no sour cream. We received a bean burrito and a black bean crunch wrap with sour cream.We were very disappointed with our order. I called the location and told them of their mix-up. I was offered a replacement, but turned it down. I just wanted management to be aware of their mistake.
I love their bean burritos with no cheese of course. I also love their crispy beef tacos.
Hey it's Taco Bell. I ordered with kiosk and the order was 100% correct. I always order what's new and temporary. I miss the giant nachos in a taco salad eatable bowl. And the cheese potato burrito.
Probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've had. Replaced our order through the app, and when I showed up the lady acted like my order never existed. I showed her that it said my order was ready and at the proper address and she still acted like it wasn't her problem. Finally she found my dad just sitting on the side of the counter. Then we got out to the car and our chalupas that we ordered with beans had meat on them. We are vegan. So I had to return it. And then after we were eating them, it was just some of the blandest Taco Bell ever. The whole experience was just very frustrating.
Speedy and my tacos actually had a decent amount of meat in them. Not all lettuce for a change. Thanks!
